The organisation “MacAdam tours” was created to revive forgotten routes and rediscover the taste for adventure and local delicacies.
There are three routes that allow for the discovery of the beautiful Belice valley by gravel or mountain bikes. Pedalling along uneven roads, dirt tracks and old railway routes.

The Macadam event on April 30, 2023, has a €15 registration fee. A part of every fee will go to WWF and their initiative to protect the Loggerhead Sea turtles in the Mediterranean.
The final sum raised will be given to WWF Sicily Mediterranean Area ODV centre,, where operators and volunteers are involved in the recovery, care and defence of the sea turtles’ breeding habitat.
